      I've been here only 8 months moving from New York to Reno. The Enclave has been a great place to live. The staff and facilities people are friendly and very responsive to any needs.

      It's a nice place to live, quiet, and close to most of places in south town Reno. The staff is nice and helpful. Have lived here almost 2 years, and barely any complaints in regards to the apt and maintenance people.

      I have resided at The Enclave for 10 years. I love everything about the Enclave. Excellent location, maintenance is fast & secure, the office staff is exceptional to work with, it is a pleasure to live here!! Thank You, Vicki Galey

      My family and I have lived at The Enclave for almost a year and half. Complex is very well maintained. The staff is very responsive to the tenants needs and maintenance guys are the great. All Staff is Super Nice and very helpful. A Great Place to call Home!

      Boredom will do weird things to you, like make you write reviews on apartments you still live in, but I digress. My wife & I lived here for the latter half of 2015, very early part of 2016, & we honestly had a great time living here. The staff was always courteous (Sadie in particular, if she still works there), the amenities were nice, & the grounds always looked great. Its a nice area to live in, & we would of probably stuck around if home ownership werent in the cards.

      I am renewing my lease again. I have lived here since January 2012 and want to break out my review into a few sections. The units: I have a 2 bed 2 bath, which I find perfectly laid out. While I dream of a bigger kitchen, we all know that's hard to find in an apartment. But some creative storage from Ikea has made it nice. The closets are massive. The outdoor storage area is perfect for keeping items I don't use a lot. (I got a cheap set of shelves from Walmart). The grounds: Mature trees and green grass. What more could you ask for? The parking lot is resurfaced and repainted as needed (winters are rough on it). There are lovely walking trails, great if you are pet owner or like to jog. The amenities: The pool is lovely, there is a small gated area my dog can go off lease in, a few barbecue areas, nice park benches to sit and enjoy the weather. The maintenance: Never had a problem here. Anytime something does break they are on it right away. If it is something that can wait till I am traveling I usually just turn in a list before I leave and come home to everything being repaired. The office staff: They always great me with a smile. Each of them has gone out of their way to get to know me. I have never seen a more accommodating group of individuals. I honestly can't say enough nice things about them. They take customer/residence service to a new level. I even enjoy going down there on Saturday mornings, grabbing some coffee and just reading the paper. Every year they host a fantastic holiday party. I can honestly say they have never dropped the ball on anything. The neighbors: Again, they are great. I have never lived someplace where I know all of my neighbors. Over the years, some have moved on, but I still stay in touch with them. They are always up for a chat, a cup of coffee, a glass of wine. They even help me out by taking care of my dog when I travel. Great place to live!!!
