Please Google and see recent reviews from 2019. Management is very unprofessional Seidy and Marage are rude, they have their days when they want to be helpful to tenants but rare. Ultimately during move out they will take advantage and want to charge tenants from their deposit for wear and tear for cheap stuff that should be replaced by landlord. Not worth the headache, originally moved here when rent was cheaper $1,235 and went up $220 for market price. Get the bang for your buck and please go somewhere else worth your money. Carpet is bad, they refuse to replace it, even when carpet cleaners that do it once free have said so, stains on flooring in kitchen, bath tubs are so old and water drips, they cannot fix it even though maintenance has came several times to resolve etc. Best o f luck.

You only get to see a model before moving in. The apt I moved into is not is very good shape. Carpet should have been replaced, problems with appliance. Etc

It's a good place to live. The apartments are in good condition, the grounds are clean and it's close to shopping. They pool and gym are nice. The staff are kind and efficient.

Maintenance men are always courteous and efficient. Ladies in the office are quick to assist with problems and give information. My apartment is nice. I feel the price is fair for what we are receiving.
