    1/1/24. Still the worst apartments to ever exist. Every single interaction with management confirms that statement. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with the management team. If I could give this apartment complex a -5 I would. They provided us 2 new lease agreements both with a different signing amount. So SHADY. If you wish to live a healthy happy life dont live hear. Its an absolute joke. Another joke is that they say no smoking on complex grounds including vapes but the leasing manager literally has a vape on her desk. Also multiple maintenance workers have brought vapes into our apartment. I feel taken advantage of. See photos below. literally the worst apartment complex I have lived at by far. You will be ignored and taken advantage of. Upon move in, the apartment did not appear clean or sanitary. Thick layer of dust on everything. Range Hood vent was disgusting upon move in. There was pee crust on the bathroom toilet - absolutely foul. The baseboards were disgusting as well. The management did nothing about it. Upon move in there were numerous evidences of leaks by bubbled ceilings and streaks on the wall from water dripping. We have been dealing with a leak in the kitchen since the day we moved in, mid-January of 2023. It is mid April and the leak is still not fixed!!! This leak has prevented us the full use of our kitchen. At one point, the kitchen leak was spewing a jar of water a day on to our counter tops from the neighbors above. We have also had a leak from our kitchen and bathroom sinks. Those have both been since fixed but only because we had to personal go into the office and make a complaint after filing multiple claims on our resident portal that were ignored. I feel taken advantage of. Literally any other choice is better than the verge.

    Avoid! Advertised floor plans are fake, none of the units look like that. Amenities: There isn't a fireplace in any of the units that I have been to, vaulted ceilings are likely only the 3 bdrm, "View" HA!, "New/Renovated Interior" Mine is literally held together by plastic wedges and 3 layers of Killz paint, Hot Tub: other residents and I can confirm that it hasn't worked in 6 years "Working on it", Rec room? Open only during business hrs, Outdoor firepit: been broken for the last 3 years, one BBQ/Picnic area in front of "Clubhouse" tried once found it broken as well, Take a walk around the complex between 7pm - 8pm and see our water park of broken sprinklers!, "Wood style flooring" it's laminate flooring with the seams in the walkways that will come up. Management: Makes HOAs look tame... Puts out constant emails about residents having ANYTHING outside rather than fix anything from above but is more than happy to charge you for it, utilities are double what you would pay in a house(Example: with all of the broken sprinklers the water bill portion is double what it should be but management will tell you that they "Have an algorithm that calculates that out"... my family and I went on vacation for a two weeks and our bill was $75 for water for the month! That was literally the water bill that I had in 2020 for the 2 story house that I rented!! The last time we tried to talk to management, the lady was 1.5 hrs late from lunch, had an attitude, and said "I don't know what to f#&$ing tell you" and kept walking into the office. At this point it would be worth it to gather the residents for the last 6 years or so and do a class action lawsuit for reimbursement of charges for all amenities that have remained broken for the last 6 years. Did I mention the burnt up/vandalized apartment building in the back of the complex that has been empty for over a year now?
