        I have a lot to say. I lived here for over a year. My red flag is the fact they didnt give us a garage key when we moved in. They said the last owners *probably* didnt give it back so I guess we didnt get one? I would have to wait until maintenance could come out to change the locks but in the mean time I had access with the button. I kept the door locked cause it locked from the inside bu once it was locked you couldnt unlock it without the key. However I started noticing the door would be unlocked I thought it was just me until even the button didnt work and I couldnt access the garage at all. We called maintenance, we got in and we found a random garage can that was used to reach the switch that turned off the garage door sensor for the button. So someone else had the key to the garage and it wasnt us. Maintenance changed the locks later that day. My issue is when we told the main office person, she wasnt concern someone else had access to our rental space, and to be fair they didnt check to see if we turned in our garage key either. When we debated renewing the lease we were quoted 3 different prices between $1430-1650 all within a month. Thats a big difference and it was just miscommunication among the office. Some good things, maintenance was always willing to help, we had a tendency to carpet beetles but they called pest control and that stopped right after. We did have a pigeon problem, pest control tried to help but the stubborn pigeons remained for most of our stay. My roommate had an issue with the homeless people that hung around, I didnt care theyre friendly. The property itself was well maintained and while the trash over flowed often, it was user error because people were to lazy to walk to the trash can next to it. Neighbors were quiet and friendly. We were charged $225 for cleaning upon moving from a $450 deposit, the reasoning they said was for carpet cleaning.
