Fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on the first floor of a duplex in Berlin, NH available for a 1 year lease starting September 8, 2024 or later. This apartment has been recently renovated. This following utilities are included: heat (oil heat), hot water, electricity, water/sewer, internet, and Philo TV streaming service. Trash removal is provided by the city. This rental includes all furnishings. All large furniture items would need to stay in the apartment. Smaller furniture items can either be left in the apartment or they can be removed. The addition of any substantial furniture items would need to be addressed on a case by case basis. Both bedrooms have queen beds with memory foam mattresses. The monthly rent is $1,800 per month. A security deposit of $1,800 is required at the lease signing. We will also require a rental application, including a credit check and background check for each individual over 18 years old (cost is approximately $45 each).
