This developments office staff cannot be any more rude to residents. Especially Vanessa. Some of the maintenance men need to mind their business when they are doing work in your apartment instead of running up to Vanessa's off to tattletale on residence. I have been called a liar twice to my face and had to my own investigation to prove I was not at fault. I never received an apology. I too one full year for them to clean the gutters outside of my bedroom window where I could not sleep. It also took them one full year to re felt their pool table they brag about. They also were lacking in snow and ice removal this year.

This place is by far the worst place I've lived. The walls are paper thin. It's over priced because they are trying to get more low income. To the person who owns this it's guaranteed money by the government. BTW- If your late on rent they will charge you $75 . That's $75 is then split up between all of the girls in the office as a bonus check at the end of each month. The amenities look beautiful when you first come here there's a pool, workout area pool table...... But the buildings themselves are trash. I live across the hall from a schizophrenic who screams night and day WINDOWS OPEN! He almost lit his kitchen on fire and they do nothing about it. Now he has food delivered every night and he's not allowed to cook. The trash is sailing High in his apartment it's disgusting.My best advice, keep looking do not move here.

The staff puts on a social gathering every once in awhile for residents to be able to relax and become acquainted, which is great. I would like to see more of that so I can attempt to get to know my neighbors better. My likes and dislikes are: I love that the community is always clean, is fairly quiet, and is easily accessible yet safe. The staff is absolutely wonderful and are always willing to lend a helping hand when needed.

The apartment itself is not perfect, with the bedrooms, kitchen and dining room being smaller than I am used to. The apartment amenities are less than ideal (no microwave or ice maker in the freezer. However, the location and the beautiful grounds make up for the deficiencies. My likes and dislikes are: The apartment community gives me a sense of living at home, a residential area, rather than a typical apartment complex. I love the serenity of the environment, the quietness and the views.
