Former Stonybrook Apartments Resident
This place is disgusting. The lawn is covered in dog feces, the dumpster constantly over flows with garbage, o Read Morer if garbage does not make it to the dump then it is left by the apartment entrance for weeks on end. The laundry machines are always broken and take about 6 months to fix. Management is useless, this place has gone down hill while rent cost continues to rise.

Dogs constantly barking & howling (being left alone) all hours. Washer & Dryer access is very limited. Washer Read More& Dryer machines & area are always dirty and machines are not coin emptied so working is limited at best. I've had to request a refund on a monthly basis due to lost coins in machines that are full of coins. Indoor common areas are not kept clean on a regular basis. High tenant turnover.

There is a lot of noise in the upper floors as i am on the first and it seems to travel down,But i have learne Read Mored to live with it. Overall since i have moved in it seems that the property is taken care of much better now and i enjoy living here and i feel safe as i am elderly and have medical problems. There are a lot of friendly people and i am very happy here. I know you will be working hard to keep it nice and safe.I just wish being on fix income the rent wasn't so high.
