Super sketchy. Limited information and they keep asking for application fee

Updated after a year of leasing: Communication is terrible and you will get little more than platitudes unless the management needs something; then it's a rush. Managers are spread way too thin and your concerns and needs will be unmet if you choose to live here. The owners of these properties are clearly slumlords. The buildings already have cigarette butts tossed in hallway AC units (management was notified in July, they are still there at the end of January): A resident of the building was nice enough to remove the cigarette butt because after a year the property managers couldn't be bothered. To say I'm disappointed in Friars Court is a glaring understatement. No elevator and very limited parking for handicapped residents. Disappointed that the buildings are not ADA compliant beyond the first floor; and accommodation requests have been delayed by 6 months or more). Construction quality is poor (floor peeled up, cracks in walls, every wall is wavy, cabinet veneer is peeling away, appliances show damage from installation, outlets loose inside the wall with cracks from poorly cut drywall, other residents report their appliances are not working). Be aware the windows are crank outs that only open about 4". The bonus is that their office staff are some of the most uncaring people I've ever spoken with; and they only started responding to me AFTER getting state advocates involved. They claim to have a secure mail room, but delivery services have not received keys and leave packages in the hall; management blames delivery services despite not providing them keys. Door jambs allow no space above the doors for hanging storage (or in my case medical equipment for cervical traction) but plenty of space on the bottom for noise and dirt to come through. Property continues to be updated while conditions are found to be outside of code.

After jumping thru hoops for months to get an apartment I was told that my salary would be too much as I was a server in the food industry. I had made too much in tips the week before and they based my anticipated income for next year on one week of tips. I had to do excel spreadsheets to show these people that my tips were all over the place. I couldn't get it thru their thick heads that I don't make the same every week. Months and months of wasted time and I am denied. If you work for tips, don't even bother. They cannot comprehend how much money we actually make.

They care nothing for your application except to take the $50 fee to send in an application.

I was extremely interested in this property as I'm currently looking for a new place for my child and I after initiating a divorce... The location is absolutely perfect right near the highway has off street parking and is close to all kinds of stores, the mall and schools. I was very hopeful of having a chance to live here, but I am now disappointed because after sending my inquiry about the propertyr 2-3 weeks I still have not received any response
