The property was well maintained and any issues I had were addressed promptly. My apartment was a nice size for the price and it included utilities, which was a nice bonus. Central location to shopping and the airport was equally important with the price point and safe neighborhood in my decision to rent in this community.

Quiet, safe community, ample parking, good neighbors, easy access to highway & short trip to shopping or downtown. Very happy living here.
