I have now lived at this complex twice. I went through a recent divorce and we are selling our house and I may just move back. The units are clean and the staff in the office and maintenance is wonderful. The grounds are clean and the close by shopping and walking path are great. Usually negative reviews come from residents that do not take responsibility for their own actions or lack of understanding of the way life works. These units are great and I highly recommend living here.

If only it felt more personal. I really enjoy my apartment and the only thing I wish would be different is if there was more storage. But my main problem is that the management system is cold and robotic. The experiences that comes to mind is that I have been harrassed to make a payment that I repeatedly demonstrated that I didn't owe and I've been blindly charged penalty fees when I unintentionally forget to renew my bank's automatic bill pay. It feels as though I'm guilty until proven innocent

This complex has had 3 different owners in the 3 years I have lived here. I should have gotten a $500 referall from the second owner since one of my co workers rented an apartment and gave my name. They kept saying you'll get the check soon and then 3 months later they sold the place and never sent me the $500. The 3rd owner would not give me the $500 either. Rent had gone up $20 each year, now the 3rd owner raised it another $40. This will most likely be my last year here!!!

I live in the apartments and its quiet clean and safe. I wish the one bedrooms would be cheaper so when my roommate moves out I could afford to move to a 1 bedroom in this apartment complex. But other than that this place is wonderful!
