wish they would plow all the walkways and sidewalks and maintenance take their sweet time and do a not so good job and they need to wear name tags so we would know who they are

Beech hill was the worst place I have ever lived. The staff is corrupt and overcharge for everything. The maintenence takes months to fix stuff and walk in univited into your home all the time. I got robbed by a girl who was able to live and do her dirty business in my building. No working vents in the bathrooms the paint would sweat brown scum. The place was overall a rip off and all the residents are drug dealers and users. Would never live here again. Office never answers or cares.

It was dirty. I was not able to let my children out to play because of all the other children's swearing and bullying, not at my kids but to others around. We ended up leaving before our lease was up due to this and also the fact of the dog messes and garbage all over the grounds including my walk way. We don't have dogs by the way.

I have move out of Beech hill. I cleaned the apt from top to bottom. Washed cupboards inside and put ,washed walls, windows cleaned bathroom, washed the floors, washed windows, cleaned carpets. I had 3 witnesses to say how well the apt was clean and they charged me $240. I thought it very unfair. They charged me for someone painting the apt. Also unfair. I can't give them a better rating.
