Lots of degenerates living here that have homeless people staying with them. If you come home to find there is no parking, their official response is "we dont guarantee a parking spot"

I am currently moving into Milford trails and had the wonderful pleasure of working with Jamie the assistant property manager. From the very minute I showed interest in the property and she reached out to me she was very professional and extremely helpful. Jamie's knowledge of the property certainly made my decision that much easier and the amenities and special offers red oak had during November also made the decision all that much easier. Jamie's kind and friendly personality was such a nice thing compared to other people that I have come in contact with. She made me feel comfortable and all of her accommodations she made for me to make my move in day happen was and is greatly appreciated. Jamie has a great and happy demeanor about her and she's in a great business, working with people. Moving can be both good and bad for people but she definitely makes it good. So I thank Milford trails and Jamie for my new home. She was wonderful.

Hot water rarely works, people constantly smoke in the building and nothing is done about it.

We love the staff and the property is well managed generally but we are not thrilled with our building. The mail boxes are tiny and it bothers us that the outer doors do not have locks (they were recently completely removed so there is little security. Our building only has 2 washers and 2 dryers for all three floors which makes doing laundry difficult, we've had to start using the laundromat. The improvements made to our apartment seem very cheap. The cabinet doors in the kitch. fell off!

All maintenance order take longer then they should, the apartments always smell like someone is smoking can't ever open your windows with out that smell other the ac in the units are junk they won't replace them. Took a month to get a new screen for the window. My kitchen floor tile is coming up and no one has the time to fix it, the dishwasher is always breaking down

It's relatively a clean and upkept place to live. Especially when Red Oak Management took it over last year a lot of repair and upgrades were done. Since then I've been seeing disturbing trends, such as; vacuuming the hallways only partially done and told they can only work 2 hours p/week, so We have to live with a mess for another week before they get back around. The pool umbrellas were broken the 1st weekend of the summer during a storm and they remained unfixed the whole summer.
