    the service is bad, the people who work in the office are rude and it took me more than 15 days to deny my request without reason (maybe even prejudiced).

    I was excited about potentially renting here. After I submitted my application I received a text that the apartment I had applied for was taken because the new renters had put their application in before me. Tori asked if I still wanted her to run my application and I said yes. I had a few questions the following day. Although my message the day before was clear:"Please run my application, " Tori canceled my application without my ok because she thought I changed my mind because I asked questions. Now I have to wait up to five business days for the application fee to be refunded and complete the entire application process again.

    Doesnt give proper responses and some may even find the management rude and unhelpful. One cannot get answers to their questions since everything is given in website. The management severely lacks on how to respond to questions. Youll just receive a curt reply and then the call is cut.

    Lived here for years and every single time I have to interact with the office for something even minorly inconvenient I have been treated like crap.

    Something amazing has happened to the Gardens. The Gardens have been completely renovated including new siding, windows, and decks. The renovations do not stop outside. Every apartment has been completely modernized from floor to ceiling with new flooring, kitchen cabinets and all the interior doors have been replaced.
    We have installed washers/dryers in the 2nd & 3rd-floor apartments. The 1st-floor apartments have their own dedicated washers/dryers in a laundry room. No more waiting for machines or having to load a laundry card up at the office at an inconvenient time. Come enjoy community living in these spacious 1 and 2 bedroom apartments made for easy living at a reasonable cost.
