Some units have additional storage included, some have washer & dryer hookups, all have off-street parking available. We are located 20 minutes from Portsmouth, NH, Dover, NH and the campus of UNH-Durham. Easy commuting to Rtes 101, 95, 16 and 108. Please call us for the most current availability.     I called the number attached to this listing and it didn't match what this said and they also said they don't even contract with rent.com Very strange

    Thank you for your feedback. Our response was in error; we don't contract with Apartments.com, a listing from which we receive many calls on incorrect listings. ApartmentGuide.com and Rent.com use a different contact number on listings, rather than the property's actual phone number. It allows them to track metrics for our marketing. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused. We generally refer callers to our direct website so they can see the video walkthroughs we have posted as well as photos of each unit.

    Too many people are looking for housing that is AFFORDABLE. too many people apply so no chance at finding someplace but I have to pay application fees over and over.

    Thank you for your feedback. We agree that the housing/rental market is a difficult one to navigate these days. Our application fees cover the cost to process the various reports and verifications we run to qualify potential residents. It's part of the reason we post our minimum guidelines in advance, so folks realize that the qualifications are. Once approved, apartments are rented on a first-come, first-served basis so time is definitely of the essence when committing to an apartment. We wish you the best on your search!

    Always, always READ the reviews!! I was almost discouraged by seeing the lower star rating, before reading the reviews and seeing that all of the 1-star reviews came from people whose inquiry most likely ended up in spam and didn't think to pick up the phone and call. I am very impressed with the images posted of the units, and this price range seems unreal for the space and perks included!! It's also great to see the owner/manager taking the time to follow up with and respond to each review- it's definitely a sign of an attentive landlord who cares about their property and all potential/current tenants! Excited to hear back and learn more :)

    They did respond: they required that we fill out their application form and pay $75.00 per person before showing us the apartment. We decided not to deal with them.

    Thank you for your feedback. Our email back to your inquiry simply explains our rental guidelines and process and refers you to our website to view upcoming availability. That email also explains that, due to COVID and out of respect for our residents' health and safety, we are not showing occupied apartments. We have taken interior photos, floor plans and on most properties, video walkthroughs, in order to show an accurate view of the available apartments. From that information, a potential resident would have to decide whether to move forward with an application. Unfortunately, we are not able to show an apartment that is occupied until that resident fully vacates the apartment, which in today's rental market could be up to 60 days in advance. We apologize that we were unable to accommodate your request to view an apartment in person and hope you were successful in your apartment search.

Animal Policy: Dogs permitted at some properties (restrictions to weight, age and breed) with $50 monthly fee per dog. Indoor cats allowed with $25 pet fee, per cat, per month - limit of two animals per apartment. Prior written permission required.
Applications required from all occupants 18+. Minimum guidelines for approval are:
1. All applicants need to have a minimum FICO score of 650, with no open collections, charge-offs, recent bankruptcies or evictions
2. Total gross monthly income of at least 3x the monthly rent amount, between all applicants
3. Verifiable rental history, if applicable
