    Good value. Nice location, quick maintenance, great office staff, good storage. Only left because I really needed a garage for projects.

    The people in the office are not accomodating. When we moved in some of the inside of our windows had mildew in it and our bath tub tile was stained black.I reported it on our walk through but did not get resolved. There motto is if it works they don't fix it. The matinence crew were nice people, it was not there fault. One of the guys even told me "yea I work here, but I would never live here" the location is fantastic which is why it was sad to leave.

    They are responsive very quickly to our needs. They are respectful, very kind, warm and understanding. They take the time out to find out how things are going. they are quick to remove snow removal and tend to our needs. They go the extra way to help out their residence.
