Carlton Oaks is a little on the pricey side and small side, but It is the nicest place in Salem. The buildings are quiet, there is not much trouble. Our maintenance guy fixes everything in a timely manner. Our property manager, is polite, fair, and professional. There is a washer and dyer in every unit. the property is Excellent in my opinion.

As a single women, I am very happy living at Carlton Oaks. I feel safe living there. The bldg. is always clean, updated and if I have any issues within my apartment the maintenance man is always there in a timely manner. The pool area is always clean, the grounds are beautifully landscaped according to the seasons. Spring, Summer and fall flowers. Snow removal is never an issue either. The rental fee is a little higher than other complexes in the Salem area, which attracts working professionals.

as a resident here at carlton oaks this is my first experience as a apartment renter thus not knowing what to expect. My family and I are very pleased the environment is safe peaceful and the staff on grounds make you feel like family.It is very obvious to me that the employees I see regularly take pride in the carlton oaks community and genuinely care about the happiness of the community.
