Mi-Place at the Shore

These units are beautiful, but above my budget.

I would not recommend these apartments. My boyfriend has lived in these apartments for a few years, and the quality has gone down while the price has continued to go up. Maintenance requests take weeks-months to be addressed. The office staff say the maintenance crew is short staffed, but that is no excuse when you pay $2,000 a month rent for a 1 bedroom apartment. The pool area is always a mess and the "lifeguards" are teenagers who just sit on their phones and don't clean or take care of the area. There are always bugs and dirt floating in the pool and garbage everywhere. Oh yeah don't expect to relax at the pool without 10 kids screaming and splashing everywhere. Kids sprinting around the pool, becomes a safety hazard. The common areas aren't taken care of. Once a week someone vacuums the hallways with a 1990s vacuum that picks nothing up. I could do a better job in 10 minutes with my target vacuum. The walls have marks all over them. It is pretty embarrassing to have people over. All in all, avoid at all costs! Update: instead of actually fixing the dead lawn throughout the complex, they PAINTED the lawn an ugly green. So trashy.

Amazing apartment complex! Clean, modern, and updated, very enjoyable to live in. Pool and fitness center on site, I really enjoyed my time here!

My daughter and her roommate are Stockton students and have lived at Mi-Place for the past 2 years. It has been a great experience. Annie and Marissa are so responsive...any issue that has come up they were always ready to help. Any service requests that were entered were handled timely. We also felt they were very safe there, which is a big comfort for parents of young adults living on their own for the first time. We would highly recommend!!

Great location to have myself call home.

I currently still reside at Mi Place. Annie and Marissa are seriously the best. They got my entire apartment deep clean after maintenance services which was amazing and so kind to do for us. They are so helpful with anything when asked or needed. James from maintenance is a super star and so is his staff. They are always kind to me and my pup Riley. We appreciate everything they do for us. Highly suggest to live here if you are looking for a friendly neighborhood to live.

I was delivering food to someone who lives here. They gave me a passcode to enter that opens the gate. I enter the passcode and the person on my right speeds through the gate. I continue behind them thinking I'm good and the gate almost shut on the top of my car. I don't know who designed this mechanism. But it's absolutely ridiculous and you are lucky my car didn't get damaged.
