Think about the residents. The sprinklers come on as people are coming home from work or leaving for work in the early morning...they could be on earlier or later, if the residents were being considered...no need getting a "second shower" every morning or having to walk around in wet ground!

I don't think I should rent here anymore. Yes, the maintenance staff does an excellent job more often than not. The poor insulation of this corner apartment is unbearable. My utility bill would have been off the chart had I not suffered more than I should this past winter. I've been told that that's just the way corner apartments are here. It's not worth the money in light of the fact that rent increases every year and the problem persists. I did ask management about the problem but was told there's nothing more they can do about it.
