There's a ignorant security lady at the front desk around 4 pm who looks like a buzzard with a wig on her head. She so rude to the people who live there, I went to pick a friend up. And a guy in a wheelchair with groceries couldn't open the door, she wouldn't even help to open the door for him. A guy standing in the front went to open the door and the ugly security lady yelled at him not too help him. That was terrible..
