Grove Crossing

I have been living in these apartments for a year now and have been an exemplary tenant- consistent with on-time payments and not one complaint. Considering the type of tenant I have been, I would have imagined that I would have received better customer service than what I was recently given. Let me be very clear, the leasing office as well as the on-site property manager have been nothing short of amazing and a pleasure to work with- however the owners have been completely disgusting to work with (and of course they matter the most because they have the ability to make final decisions). The owners of this property lack the professionalism and regard for others that is needed to run a successful business. Completely disregarding very important communication from their tenant as well as lacking empathy, compassion, and thoughtfulness was an indicator enough for me to no longer want to live in that type of space. If you are thinking about moving here, I would run the other way especially if youre looking for compassionate customer service from upper management. You have been warned.

The experience moving into to Grove Crossing has been wonderful. The apartments are very spacious and beautiful. The staff is amazing. Lisa and Stiben are both very nice, attentive and responsive to the tenants needs. They are always striving to create the best experience for the residents. Darwyn is so kind and a very responsive super for the building. He was very welcoming and prompt in addressing any issues and he was great at informing us who to call if we should have any issues or emergencies. The staff made the move in process stress free. Kudos to them, they are awesome!

I am finally moving out next month. I asked for the email with the vacating requirements I was told I would receive, nothing. You cannot make this up. The assistant a lovely young lady who was the only person in the office did not know how to download the documents from her computer. She sent me an e-mail stating she added 2 attachments, she never did. The 2 other leasing agents one is working from home and the other should be in tomorrow. This is day 2, I stil do not have the info for my movers to confirm the elevator reservation and insurance details. I got the runaround all day, a waste of my time. Incompetence is the least of this management description. Do yourself a favor do NOT move here or you will be surprised to experience the mismanagement here.
