I enjoy living here, however as of March 1, the new parking regulations are a joke. In order to have a guest Read Morestay over you need to acquire a visitors parking pass. However, the only time to get get one is 8 to 5 Monday thru Friday. So if you work, there is no possible way to get a pass. if a significant other spends the night they risk getting towed, or if someone is to drunk to drive they must drive drunk or be towed. and the property manager said its not her concern if they crash.

Kings Village residents are allowed to have guests. The new parking regulations state that any guest staying past midnight will need a parking pass to stay on the lot. There is no problem if they stay, they just need a pass in order to comply with the parking regulations. If you are unable to get to the office during the hours that it is open, you would just call and they will leave the pass for you by the office door for you to pick up.
Where I'm located it's quiet outside. The only problem I have is my neighbors under me, they're so noisy. You Read Morewould think I lived down stairs and they lived up stairs. I walked past one day, by the back door and saw beds in the dining room and living room. That raised a concern, seems like to many people which would explain the noise.
