Maintenance always on top of issues that arise, office staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help!! The complex is MUCH nicer than ones in the area, especially with curb appeal. The interior of the unit was kept clean and fixed up before I moved in. I am very happy here!

Everyone went WAY out of their way to help us apply!!! Price quotes for the initial payments were not consistent ...but we didn't care bc we knew what was & wasn't refundable. ...little high pet rent for deposit for an old cat but he's family n our daughter's best friend! Seems beautiful....after all the scams n health issues we've had this year...they were over 10 star rating to us.

This complex cares only about money, They updated inside but the pipes and electric systems are from 1950's. If something is wrong, the maintenance guy tells you what you have to do, then leaves. Have to pay for heat and hot water. The way the figure out the bill is: they get ONE BILL then divide it for each person. Maintenance workers get free heat & hot water, so we have to pay for that too. To top it off the hired a company to send you a bill which we had to pay for. This complex is a mess,. A lot of drama queens run this place. Theres no privacy & the staff tells everyone who complains to the person they complain about. You are better living on the street than her.

This is the worst place to live ever and they are building a club house when the apartments are all runs down and old with nail pops and wails in the ceilings. Everything is fake dont go. Now they are raising the rent because of a club house they are building when they need to tear down and revamp the old buildings that the tenants have to already pay a fortune for!!!!! Paying a fortune for 50year old buildings ha ha forget it!!!!

I currently live here, they're trying to build some community center when they could be paving the parking lots which are in poor states. Neighbors can be awful and the parking is unassigned and you have people parking in the parking lot for your building when they live a building or two down where there is more space! The people that cut the grass are awful and dont care for anything like plants or other belongings left right outside your door, they'll break it and SDK won't say anything! When I moved in the bathroom was awfully stained and looked nothing like the picture. I have tried to clean it with everything I could think of and those gross stains just dont come off! This is sad because I love the closet space and I like the general idea of these apartments. But new management wants to keep putting the prices really high and making this some luxury apartments so where are the current tenants going to go?? So to sum it up: Cons -Prices are horrible for what you get -neighbors are really loud even at 3am - zero accountability from management - zero respect for personal property - potholes in parking spaces - poor parking spaces left and people with NY and other states plates in your parking spot - pictures dont depict reality - bathroom came disgusting - water gets hot even when placed in cold setting!!! Pros - good closet space - maintenance people respond nicely and quickly when things like the fridge stop working -close to Rt80

CAREFUL BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO RENT! This apartment has thin walls and bad sound insulation. Management team used to be helpful. Now the team become unreasonable, blaming the tenants' for everything. Break into tenants' house without 24 hour prior notice. I quit a month ago. GOOD LUCK!
