LIved here for two years because it was convenient to work. Open dumpsters that are allowed to overflow almost every week. Trash blowing all over the parking lot and lawns. Herds of feral cats and vermin wandering the property. Ancient air handling units that cycle on and off every few minutes. Neighbors that scream at each other and play loud music well into the night. Police presence at least once every month. Watched an entire unit burn down because there are NO FIRE WALLS between the units. Snarky emails and text messages from management threatening to fine residents for the trash blowing around the parking lot and because they couldn't seem to find a water leak that was costing them money. I was never late with the rent, never caused any trouble with management or my neighbors while I was there, left the property in pristine condition and still, it took 96 days to get my deposit back. If you can live anywhere else in the area, I would recommend NOT living at Sandy Ridge.

Its take for ever to fix anything.They dont take care of the residents.
