Everything seems good when you live there. Once you move out, you will be ignored. See the details1. Apartment Read More is good, big and spacious. 2. They don't give the apartment 100% clean but expect you to leave 100% clean else they charge you a hefty amount. For everybody's information, NJ law states that a rental unit must be left in "broom swept" condition. 3. They are very noisy as they situated next to Roosevelt Ave which is a running road. A lot of street noise will always be bothering you.4. Bad neighborhood. Risky to go out alone around Andrew Bishop park or nearby areas.5. Maintenance is ok, you have to follow like anything to get things fixed.6. You can hear the walking steps of a person from upstairs.7. Staff talks to nicely when you are there. Once you move out, they even stop responding to your emails and calls.8. Close to NYC bus stops which makes your commute easy.9. They ask you to leave 5 days before the lease ends so be ready to pay 5 days hotel charge or extra rent at some other place.10. They advertise big about the referral amount, but practically they don't pay it.Think twice before renting such a unit with higher rent and be ready to pay a hefty amount while leaving.

The apartment itself is nice. The leasing agents are very pleasant BUT the tenants in my building are horrible Read More. They constantly have parties (w a live DJ), have friends over past quiet hours which are 10pm-7am, and smoke marijuana and I can smell it very strongly in my apartment. And management seems to do nothing about it even after complaint after complaint.

I loved the apt & conveniences but Camelot makes the tenant pay for everything. I moved out of a home to Cam Read Moreelot but I had the same bills as home ownership & I was renting. At the end of my lease I never received all of my security back after several requests. Also two different tenants can have identical apts & amenities but pay different rents.

The main complaint that I have with the apartment is the cleaniness of the interior buildings and the maintain Read Moreace of appliances. The staff is genuinely nice people, but I little unorganized. I experienced issues at move in and with the physical condition of apartment which seem to have been put off by staff for over a month. Not the best bang for your buck.

The inside of these units are excellent. It is a community living. My building has only few families and that Read Moreallows me to know my neighbors. One thing I appreciate very much is having my own garage. My 2 bedroom unit is perfect for me, since I came from a single family home with a long drive way. Here, I do not have to clean snow because they do it for me.
