PLEASE do not do yourself a disservice by moving into this apartment building. If you happen to be assigned a unit on a floor other than the 4th floor, then you need to hope and pray that either the tenants in the unit directly above you are never home, or they are considerate enough to make conscious efforts not to disturb the peace and quiet of tenants below them with noise issues. A new tenant moved in a couple of months ago and since then, I've had to deal with constant noise issues from nonstop stomping, banging, and running around. The light fixtures in my unit are constantly shaking as a result of the noise vibrations from upstairs. The only time I'm able to catch a break from the noise issues is when the tenants are not home or when they finally go to bed very late at night. The leasing office has been totally non-responsive and constantly giving me the run around on this matter, despite assuring me before I turned in my lease renewal that they would take care of the issue. Now, they simply treat the issue like it's something trivial. I recently pointed out to one of the leasing officers that for the first 2 years prior to this new tenant moving in, I never lodged any noise complaints and that should count for something. To my surprise, the leasing officer dismissed this observation by saying that the previous tenants were hardly ever home due to the nature of their jobs and that explains why I never had the noise issues prior to now! I couldn't believe that a leasing officer could say such a thing out loud! I've spoken with other tenants who shared very similar experiences. Long and short, just save yourself the trouble and stay far, far away from this apartment rental. Rental properties are a dime a dozen, especially in this area, with a couple of newer properties offering move-in specials. For the high rent you pay, you should look forward to coming home to relax after a long, hard day at work.

Building #88 has changed since they opened up, the hallways are to dirty for the money that we were paying for rent. And the tenants started to change as well!!! Not as nice and not worth the money they want you to pay!!!!

The leasing office staff is very friendly yet professional. I had a great impression and the apartments are lovely, the neighborhood is quiet...cant wait till move in day!

Plenty of silverfish!! Do not move here if you do not like bugs in your apartment! I moved in early 2019 and have been seeing silverfish on the ceiling throughout my apartment. I live on the top floor, which is the 3rd. They are coming from the roof/attic. I have been asking maintenance to check and treat the roof for silverfish in which one staffs reply was that they have no ladder. Maintenance has come into my apartment to spray in vents and around the perimeter but if the source is not being taken care of then what is the point? Save your money and move elsewhere!!

Everything seems good when you live there. Once you move out, you will be ignored. See the details1. Apartment is good, big and spacious. 2. They don't give the apartment 100% clean but expect you to leave 100% clean else they charge you a hefty amount. For everybody's information, NJ law states that a rental unit must be left in "broom swept" condition. 3. They are very noisy as they situated next to Roosevelt Ave which is a running road. A lot of street noise will always be bothering you.4. Bad neighborhood. Risky to go out alone around Andrew Bishop park or nearby areas.5. Maintenance is ok, you have to follow like anything to get things fixed.6. You can hear the walking steps of a person from upstairs.7. Staff talks to nicely when you are there. Once you move out, they even stop responding to your emails and calls.8. Close to NYC bus stops which makes your commute easy.9. They ask you to leave 5 days before the lease ends so be ready to pay 5 days hotel charge or extra rent at some other place.10. They advertise big about the referral amount, but practically they don't pay it.Think twice before renting such a unit with higher rent and be ready to pay a hefty amount while leaving.

The apartment itself is nice. The leasing agents are very pleasant BUT the tenants in my building are horrible. They constantly have parties (w a live DJ), have friends over past quiet hours which are 10pm-7am, and smoke marijuana and I can smell it very strongly in my apartment. And management seems to do nothing about it even after complaint after complaint.
