          Ghetto! While the apartments are beautiful and solidly built, the list of reasons why you should not move here grow by the day. 1) Elevators- broken for over 3 months with no repair in sight and nary a word from management until recently. 2) Facilities - hot tub was broken for 3 years and despite multiple signs stating that it is not a kiddie pool and should not be treated as such, it has become a reservoir of child urine. 3) Loitering - residents routinely (for reasons beyond comprehending) loiter in the lobby at all hours of the day and night. There is very little respect for the rules that clearly state there is a curfew past 9pm. 4) Increasing rent- management continues to increase rent each year despite the building becoming outdated by the day, because they know they can alternatively rent out apartments to an agency that houses immigrants. You would think this is Section 8 housing. 5) Understaffed - there is only one person who works at the front desk and they are staffed during the day a few times a week. Anderson the super, along with his crew, do the best they can with limited support from management to keep thr place tidy and respectable. 6) minimal criteria to get approved - I'd be shocked if management ran a credit check on new applicants. As mentioned before, many residents are unpleasant and not respectful of their neighbors by constantly loitering and smoking marijuana in the stairwells. This place used to be a hidden gem, but has deteriorated significantly since Covid.
