That AC is a cooling tower and is not furnished in April, May, September, October. If you have a unit facing the east. the sun raises your apartment temperature to 91 degrees on days where outside temps reach 70. There is no freight elevator, so resident elevators are used for moving furniture in and out and are always breaking down.

It would have been nice if I was told in advance no pets. Of course once I toured the complex loved the size of the rooms. The appliances and cabinets are not modern but I would loved to have breakfast on the patio with....my dog....as we look at the beauty of the golf course.

I love living in my building. It is peaceful, well maintained, doormen are nice and welcoming, maintenance responds promptly to my requests for repair.

Old building, problems with hot and cold water, problems with elevator not working and having to take stairs to and from apt, management not giving me, doorman losing documents that I turned in to give to management, very poor gym amenity

The apartments are large which is good but the maintenance of the building needs to be remodeled. Some people remodel their apartments themselves and the Landlord says nothing. They have certain tenants that they favor.

the only thing I have a problem with is when I rented the apartment there were no pets allowed. and slowly the place a few dogs. and some people do not clean up after them. they did say no pets

They modernize the building. They continually keep the property clean, doormen help you in with packages, nice terraces, swimming pool conviene on property which is kept very clean. Heat, hot water included in rent, parking garage available for fee.

This is generally a well-managed building. The maintenance staff is superb. The apartments are very spacious with lots of closets and on the higher floors, fantastic views. The only caveat is that there are some areas that need improvement: snow removal is very poorly done by the over-worked maintenance staff, the "gym" is very old and unattractive, the elevators in some parts of the building desperately need replacement.

Building is in only a moderate state of repair. Persistent problems exist with elevator maintenance, water leakage and paint/plaster decay. HVAC system control has been centralized and is no longer in the control of the tenant.
