Current Parkway Drive West Resident
Mike the Landlord is a certified idiot. He does not care about the tenants well being. Broken door locks, wind Read Moreow broken, mice you name it. He likes to come in your apartment without given you ample notice. The super Allen is a really nice guy but the landlord is just nasty.

Landlord/building superintendent needs communicate with tenant on certain circumstances. for example, cutting Read Moreoff the water on apartment without telling tenant.
