Cosmetically, a great looking building with nice size apartments. However, a bit of a disappointment with reg Read Moreard to maintenance staff, management, front desk "security" and tenants. The maintenance staff does shoddy work, almost every thing they "fix" is temporary and must be done over. They use very cheap material including the paint. The management staff does not address serious issues, such as dog loitering and tenants that break the rules regarding garbage disposal. There is a huge ongoing rodent problem and certainly the way some tenants dispose of their trash is a big contributor. If you walk into any of the garbage rooms you would think you were in the projects. Constant turnover of security because the owners insist on paying the lowest possible wage and you get what you pay for. They only thing the security is good for is signing for and holding tenant's delivery of packages. Such a nice looking building but unfortunately the present owners and management do a poor job at positioning it as a luxury building it once was.

Although the management hasn't always been great, the new management team has made great strides toward making Read More this a beautiful community including upgrading the pool area, hallways, lobby, gym, lounge, and management office. There are also upgrades to the parking areas that were much needed.
