          I love this place my daughter resides there and I just love the view and how spacious the unit is. I love how there is a lounge/play area for the children as well ad good neighbors and the access to the pool and gym

          Don't let this building's appearance deceive you. The worst thing is the air conditioning! It always breaks down in the summer when the temperature is at its peak. In order to sleep in the sweltering heat, I had to go out and purchase fans for each bedroom. The poolside hangout is a gheto party. I would never allow my son to swim without an adult. This management is so desperate to fill their vacant apartments because tenants are moving out of Montlhy. When you contact them for maintenance, nothing is ever fixedthey merely perform patch jobs. The water is shut down all the time. Your dishes aren't cleaned by the outdated dishwashers. but obtains a thick white film that ruins them.

          It's 82 degrees inside my apartment. Yet AGAIN the central air is not working! Workers did repair the issue after 4 days and the air was working for 1.5 days and off again! My 3rd year here and every summer it's the same issue with the central air. I've heard other tenants say it's been like this for over 10 yrs. I don't no anything about air conditioning repair but I'm baffled as to why this is a consistent problem...Perhaps the owners are taking the least expensive way out? This place is not worth the money, Rodent infested, old fixtures, constant ceiling leaks and other issues. You do not get what you are paying for!!!!!!
