I have been here 2 months and i cant wait to get out. Nothing but problems from day one. Major problems that Read Moreshould have never been an issue for a new tenant. Lots of very large bugs everywhere, and I have already been exterminated. Also have been without a washer dryer all week, probably next week too. Cant get a straight answer when it will be replaced. Office staff for maintenance somewhat rude. Upper management rude as well. Worst place I ever lived. The apartments are actually very nice and spacious though, but i cant deal with constant issues and bugs.

Staff is cordial, maintenance staff is good. The biggest problem is the noise. You can hear way too much. I li Read Moreve in a 2 br 2 bath with a loft and I can hear the people below me talking, walking around, closing and opening the MBR closet. When the toilet is flushed you can hear the water filling it up, not to mention when a faucet in the bathroom is being used you can hear that too. The quality of life is bad because of the noise, if the place had insulation and sound proofing between floors and walls the place would be fine. Definitely not what I would call luxury.

Roads after snow are not cleaned as quickly as I would expect, it stopped snowing around 8pm last night (1/7/2 Read More017), its 11:30am on 1/8/2017 and the roads are not yet clean. We are paying such high rents, probably the highest in our neighborhood and I expect the services to be top notch.
