Run run run away. Nancy is a liar. This is not luxury. Nothing works. The building is poorly maintained and no one from the property management cares. Communal areas are dirty. Trash rooms are gross and not taken out frequently. Laundry machines hardly work. Heating/ac units do not run efficiently. Building is not secure. My 92 year old neighbor hasnt been able to leave the apartment in two weeks because he is afraid that the elevators will be broken and he wont be able to get upstairs, as we have been left without working elevators for days. The fire alarm goes off all the time. RUNNNNNNN
