Notice the last review was in 2014. New property manager came aboard shortly after and the complex has been suffering ever since. Most certainly NOT a luxury high rise. Its dirty and not being maintained properly. It's a disgrace!!!!

I owe much of my satisfaction to the excellent service that is provided by the various staff at the Pierre:door people, maintenance rental agents. They are always there to help at a moments notice for apartment issues and they always have a smile for you. Living alone this gives me a true sense of security with this staff.I also have to mention the cleanliness of the halls and common areas as this is important to me and maintenance keeps everything spotless.
