I really like this place, however, the heat is unbearable! I have to have my air conditioner on during the winter. Also, the parking is really bad. People take up 2 or 3 spaces and it isn't right.

My apartment was a second-floor unit. The steps are very steep and narrow, making it a challenging climb for me. The apartment was a fairly good size for the money. The appliances were in great shape. I loved having the washer/dryer combo unit right in the apartment. The maintenance staff was great. They responded to my requests within 24 hours. Overall, it was a good living experience for me.

Rent is relatively cheap but they shut the hot water off randomly, so people like me who work at different hours of the day can get the short end of the stick. Heat doesn't work and hasn't been fixed for us. Its in a decent area though, and that with the low rent (for the area) warranted higher then poor. I wont be renewing my lease. Also parking is horrible, I work at night so when I get home I have to park a block away from my apartment.

People are constantly parking in handicap spaces without proper tags. This is totally unacceptable. Also in regards to parking, some residents or even non-residents will leave their cars with flat tires in a space for weeks and in three different cases more than a month at a time. Other than the parking situations the apartment is great and the price is very fair.

Maintenance is not quick to respond. Things are patched but never fixed. Landscaping almost non existent! The leaves are blown in my area three times a year. When the spring comes, the snow melts off the rotten frost covered filth. Maintenance often yells at the tenants and most of the team has criminal records.
