I find Wingate to be pleasant and comfortable. The parking lot and around my apartment are both well lit. Room sizes are good, the windows are new, and my apartment has a renovated kitchen and bath, including dishwasher and washer and dryer...a big plus for me! Heat and hot water are included. A beautiful pool is also on site. Our maintenance men are great and issues are addressed promptly. Oh, and our office staff are just the best! My daughter and I love it here!

Everyone here is very nice and efficient. Any problems are fixed very quickly.

The space and value for the apartment is wonderful. It is in a great area, very peaceful and quaint.

Some 2nd floor apartments have wooden floor that make loud noises when the people move around. Always ask office people " if the second floor is carpeted or not?" If you going to live on first floor and like quiet.

nice apartments, had some issues with holes by air conditioning not being sealed or by the attic.
