As i was showering the tiles were falling on me and there was no support wall behind it .. and guess what all mold the bathroom was not redone since the 60's. and it took over a week to even have them start to work on it,, and 5 days later still not done and they will not accommodate you for not being able to use our shower. we have to go to friends houses. They also have a rat problem that they will not take care of. The light fixtures have shorts and they have a bee problem on the balconies. I can keep going and i will the ladies at the office are completely rude and nasty and are not willing to help. any work that is done is half assed. And During Christmas they make us not put up lights cause its a fire hazard.. your hold building is a fire hazards starting with the door to go upstairs. Also if it snows they don't shovel til late at night and the person who plows is a nut job who cusses and yells at tenants. This place is horrible i would not wish my worst enemy to live there i cant wait til my lease is up in October. if i could brake it and move out and get my deposit back i would .This place is a dump!!! Be aware. it may look good at first but dont be fooled trust me!!!! Not worth the headache and issues you will have

Snow removal is horrendous with no salt application, IF the plow truck even shows up. You basically have to wa Read Moreit at your apt until you see the one single plow they hire to move your car otherwise you'll miss the plow and you'll be driving over snow until spring. The office staff are super nice when you sign your lease but as soon as you have a complaint or need assistance with something they could care less; one woman in particular is just plain nasty when she answers the phone. FEES FEES FEES!

The pet fee and non-refundable pet deposit is very high. The paint on the walls is cheap and cracking. The w Read Morealls look like they've been painted over and over carelessly. The positives are that it is quiet and there is a good amount of storage space.
