    Everything was good but only problem was our unit had old doors so they couldn't change it while we are in.

    Very responsive management. Our air conditioner broke down once and the on-site supervisor took care of it within hours. We have lived at Forest Glen for 18 months & continue extending our lease every 6 months which is very convenient if you are not sure how long you want to continue staying here. The apartments are conveniently located near train station, huge park (Johnson park), Rutgers University and major higways (NJ18, Turnpike). The backyard overlooking a forest is perfect for photography

    It could be rated as excellent if : - Something was done to improve the insulation because on an average residents pay $400 -$500 higher utilities because of poor insulation - I moved here in 2011. I have been requesting for Balcony power-wash since I moved in because the balcony has mold. But only false promises were made by management every year and balcony still remains in the same state. - Rent is at least 10 -15% on the high side.
