The place is usually nasty . Loud neighbors and untidy garbage disposal area. Rats running around outside, mice and bugs inside. Have to call over and over for assistance and can still be ignored by INS office personnel and super. Old fashioned elevator that is very annoying The Jews wont live in this dump but rent out the place, just collecting money and inside is hardly ever cleaned. People spit in the hallways and drop trash. The heat doesn't work well. You still have to use your own. If you cant afford any better then sure live there.

I haven't heard back from anyone yet and for those that might be reviewing this I'm looking for a place in the Irvington area between 750 and 1100
