Worst place Ive ever lived. An absolute nightmare living here. Save yourself the hassle and stay as far away from this place as possible. This apartment complex has the worst reputation in Jackson and now that I live here I can see why

Deplorable ghetto living conditions. Drugs, mold and bedbugs everywhere.

I have lived here for two years and my cieling is leaking they have not fixed it. They have undergone new management in the office 3 times since I've lived here. The biggest regret was moving here. If you care about your health dont live here . They also do not individual water meters so you are splitting your bill per unit which is unfair when you have more people living in other units.

This is the worst place to live. Nobody in the office has a clue whats going on and the rent just keeps going up. Dont expect to get anything fixed in the apt its been 2 years and i still can not control my own heat. Sol in the office never answers his phone or email for anything. Worst place in the world to live dont waste ur money
