As a twenty-year resident of the Avalon Cove apartments in Jersey City, I highly recommend this property and can absolutely say that this property is an exceptional place to live. The apartment itself is great high ceilings with huge windows and walk-in closets in every bedroom, new appliances, a fireplace and patio, my own laundry room and hot water tank plus central heat and air. Without doubt, this is the best apartment that I have ever lived in! And the property itself is amazing! Situated on the Hudson waterfront with a boardwalk, pool, barbecue stations, tennis courts, club house, and gym it is a calm and quiet oasis with friendly neighbors, and a view of the Empire State Building and downtown Manhattan. Plus who doesnt love the sound of the river? I never have to ask for help here the staff just anticipates and offers! I want to recognize the office and maintenance teams at Avalon Cove for their customer service. Their response has always been very thoughtful and timely. From lease renewals to help with packages to the odd requests, the office team is friendly and knowledgeable. I want to extend my thanks and appreciation to Sarah, Brian, Keana, and the other team members for going above and beyond expectations I very much appreciate their exceptional efforts. The maintenance staff is very trustworthy, knowledgeable and they get problems handled very quickly! Good job and many thanks to Carlos/Jason/Manny/Richie/ Roy, etc... Living here gives me freedom from home ownership but with all the benefits of having my own home with a personal support team.

I would not recommend Avalon Cove. I have stayed in a few communities before. All have been more responsive then here.

The apartment has a lot of amenities and the residents are very nice. The staff are also friendly and helpful. I would say that emails result in quicker responses than phone, but that may be due to the call volume the office receives. Overall, great experience.
