Rent was definitely high. But: Great location, right by the PATH train. The square just outside the building often has fun events. There are great food and grocery options within 5 minute walking distance. The building staff itself was great. Had some trouble convincing maintenance about water pressure not being 100% in the shower, but rest was great. Building maintained well, including gym.
