Theres never any parking and the lot is always filled with people who dont live here. Parking permits do nothing because no one EVER enforces the parking rules. Old and outdated and complex is surrounded by horrible traffic. Also maintenance is very bad .

Do not waste your money here. The staff and maintenance are absolutely horrendous, rude, and condescending. Maintenance is included in rent yet you literally have to fight with people to get anything done because absolutely nothing here constitutes a problem actually worth being fixed in a timely manner. This is the absolute worst place Ive ever lived in my life! And if the complex isnt bad enough just wait until you have to drive through the surrounding community!

Worst apartment experience of my life. Walls and ceiling are paper thin so it's super loud and everything is old and outdated! Avoid!

Lady who works in the front office is extremely rude and good luck if you have a maintenance work order. They will get to it if and when they feel like it.
