This place truley sucks to live in.
There is black mold in the vents, destroyed half of my clothes, shoes, personal belongings, called maintanence when we first discovered it. Took them FOUR days to come out, now they say it will take another 7 days for parts, all the while we have to live in it and they do not care.
We have to pay a $300 fee every year for the pool(only open MAYBE 6 weeks) fitness center ( two treadmills, a bike, and a mirror) and the maintenance which they do NOT do preventive maintenace and when there is an issue, response time is abismal.
Honestly do not rent here. Its not worth it.

Don't move here. Staff does not care about the condition of your apartment. Some are friendly, if you get a hold of the right ones, but that is rare. If the AC unit does not work, they do not care. If you enjoy melting and having ridiculous energy bills, this might be your place.

Well. It's Lakewood. Nothing to brag about. I have lived here for almost four years. First it was alright. Nothing special. Just alright. They look good from outside but are very cheap inside. No reason to call it luxury units. Location wise it is just OK. Then management changed and I see last year leaves all over the places. Dirty. People are constantly moving in and out. Rent went up by more than $100 in three years. Thinking of changing this place.

I am living at New Hampshire for over a year now and I am most impressed with the maintenance work they provide. Requests are handled very quickly and when it comes to the bad weather etc. ice, snow, walkways and stairways are always cleared and salted in an efficient manner. I also have referred a few people to New Hampshire. If I would like to suggest the buildings get powerwashed more often. There is some noticable green mold(?) on the buildings. Other than that the develop is beautiful
