Current resident here. Dont rent here! There is literally no management. The hallways are dirty and there is no one to talk to if you have a maintenance problem. Stay away

Current resident. Please dont lease from these people. These buildings were made CHEAP and not to last very long. The walls are barely existent. We hear EVERYTHING from our neighbors music to the party room music in the basement. The rent is extremely high for such a cheaply built building. We pay an extra $75 A MONTH to have flooring in our main area instead of carpet. We showed up to move in and the floors were scratched up and looked horrible. All in all, were moving out the SECOND we can!!!

Nice and large apartment. Location not the greatest and carpet is old, but other than that it is a nice place.
