Heat is not high enough in the apartment. I specifically asked for the heat to be on the higher side in my apartment and the staff said that they could accommodate me but once I moved in it was a different story, I was told that they would only keep it at the temperature required by law or slighlty above. It is uncomfortably cold for me at times here.

I love living at Park Lane apartments. The leasing manager, Allyse, was so kind and thorough helping me through the application process, and the apartment I rented is in great condition. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests, and having an online portal for maintenance and rent payments is seamless!

I have a friend who lives here and I love her apartment. I am looking for a ground floor one bedroom for my mother but one was not available for my date. I would have definitely rented for her. Lady in office was nice and helpful.
