I moved into this complex shortly after my divorce, and was very nervous to live alone for the first time with my 6 year old son. I immediately felt comfortable with the staff, the safety, and my neighbors. I started in an apartment and spent my last year in a townhouse, both very clean and quiet. I found the rent was pricier than other complexes in the area, but you get what you pay for! Maintenance always came very shortly after I'd call for anything I needed, and I felt very comfortable with the guys in my home (regardless if I was there or not) My son had a large group of children he played with, and I formed friendships with other parents in my community. If I had any complaints, it would be the dumpsters get very full, very quickly, but that's not the fault of management. I purchased a home which is why I moved out, but I would have happily stayed much longer. I highly recommend this complex, I am baffled by a lot of the reviews I've seen, they are completely opposite of my experience!

We enjoy living here. The neighborhood is nice. There are very few problems that I am aware of. We enjoy the pool a lot in the summer. I wish it could stay open longer in September and that the lifeguards were more attentive. Townhouses are spacious. They give you warning in your mail slot when they are going to do general maintenance or when the township may be doing something like flushing hydrants.

Maintenance work orders used to be carried out with speed and importance now you have to harass to see what's going on with the work orders. As a 5 going on 6 yr resident I feel if my rent is increased every year and paid on time , the property upkeep should meet my satisfaction

I have resided in park crossings for about a year and half now. I first moved Into a two bedroom apartment that was beautiful. I loved living in this development so much that I now reside in a townhome. I've made many friends while living here, and we all seem to agree it's a very nice place to live. No rif raff of any kind. Clean. Very well maintained. I love it.

Townhomes spacious with good floor plan. Rents are in line with amenities included. Property landscaped nicely & grounds kept well. Maintenance staff very prompt in correcting any problems.

I have asked several times for a security light to be fixed in back of our building, this was over a month ago. No one has looked at the light and it gets every dark back there. I live in 7 D Ashwood Court
