      I would never recommend this abomination of a complex to anyone. Ive been here for 10 months and nothing has been fixed that I had requested. Balcony door lock has been broke since I moved in. The Maintenance does nothing. They lie on paperwork, saying they came out and fix stuff and they did not. I had to physically as a single mom do it myself. The price you pay is not worth the hassle of this place. The property manager, and the bookkeeper are very disrespectful. They do not have regards for anyone but themselves. They also lie on paperwork. Just be careful if you do decide to move here. They will confront your children without you being around. Not to mention there is mold in the bathroom. The ceiling is about the cave in in the bathroom they have yet to come out. Its been four months.

      Mold, mold, and more mold, water damage everywhere, and all they do is spray it with bleach and walk away. I pay 2100 plus electric a month for a 3 bed 2 bath. This place has 4 buildings, 96ish units each, with avg rent of $1900, thats $729,600 per month estimated income of the building. Where does that money go? It certainly not being used to service The damages in my apartment. If you look up their inspection info, each build had 600 or so violations, and none of the ones in my unit have been corrected. Quick side note: Did you know in NJ, that you can refuse to pay rent if repairs are not being done to a place you rent. Yeah, you can put that money in an escrow account. Hold the money until the repair is completed, or you can sue the landlord if they dont.... I'm no professional, though. Please google it yourselves. This place has forgotten that I am paying them for its service, and I have received better customer service from mcdonald's. At this stage, the main office will not answer the phone when I call. We've been here nearly 3 years, If it were not for the school district and times being what they are, I would have moved. The same problems I had 6 months in are the same problems I have now. They do not fix anything. Their maintenance crew is doing the best they can. But they receive no material to fix the place with, are understaffed, and all work has to be approved. They make the units look good for the move in and then will promptly ignore you. The unit across the hall has been rented and left 4 times since I moved in, and each time, they rehab the entire place. The easy answer is, I should just move. But I like the area, and I Generally like my place and would really just like them to fix the problems. Is it that insane that for the money I pay, I just simply want a clean and healthy place to live? All I know is leaving scathing reviews is one of the only ways to get anything fixed.
