We lived at Haynes Run for one year and I am so glad we left. First of all, the management is absolutely terrible. You call and email and never receive a response. The office hours are also not reliable because half of the time no one shows up. Moving out was a horrible experience. They gave us no direction as to what was expected of us. On move-out day, no one showed up to the office. My boyfriend waited over 2 hours to drop off the keys. The management has no consideration for peoples time, which is extremely rude and disrespectful. It has been over a month since we moved out and we are still waiting to receive our deposit check. We keep asking of the tracking number, but surprise, no one will return our calls or emails.
We were always finding crickets and different types of spiders all over the apartment. The exterminator said there was nothing they could do about it, which I can understand to a point, but pretty disgusting to have to deal with a constant bug problem. We also had a mice issue in our bathroom so beware of this as well.
The maintenance staff will not make you priority. The few times that we had to call them, they took over a week to respond and we ended up having to resolve the issues ourselves.
The apartment itself is a nice size, there was ample parking, and we got really lucky with great neighbors, but those are my only pros for Haynes Run.
Save your time. Save your money. I never realized how disappointing Haynes Run actually is until we moved into our new apartment complex. We get so much more for our money and the management actually cares about its residents.
