Moving in 3rd week of May. Pat running the office is a wonderful person. Very very pleasant and so easy to talk too. Very hellful .

Some of the townhomes stuck in the 70's. Old, no improvements. Bath rooms, kitchen. Need open floor plan with a full size fridge. Rent is raised every year with no improvements to units. Water bill is shared by entire community including grounds maintenance. All basements are attached so you can smell what's being cooked, hear what's being said and watched on tv. Parking is assigned and paid monthly by some but not all residents. Pros: Good schools and location.

Our rent is so high and our apartment is so dated. We are being pushed out of our home. Not everyone gets a yearly raise at work.

The only concern I have occurred during the winter months regarding snow removal from sidewalks. I felt it was slower than should occur. I shoveled my own path to my car for each snowstorm and ice storm. I would appreciate more timely sidewalk snow removal.
