Embarrassing overpriced garbage. Can not believe they're charing $2000+ for these apartments with no amenities. Walls are paper thin so you will absolutely hear your neighbors move around their apartment, watch tv, etc. Bathroom is very small and the fixtures are grime and difficult to keep clean. If you can afford the rent here then you have so many other better options to choose from.

The leasing office staff is helpful and friendly, anything you need..they'll do their best to accommodate you. However, thats the only good thing about this place depending on what your standards for living are. Bugs everywhere, thin walls, the common area where you enter before coming into your apartment always has a foul smell (you can literally smell your neighbors trash), and rats are always lurking around when you shut off the lights in your kitchen. They'll tell you Pest Control will come out but that won't change anything. The bugs and rats are a package deal with your lease, so get your bug spray ready!Bottom line, these apartments should be demolished or completely renovated to truly honor the rental price they're asking for. The property manager will probably develop a problem with my family for this but, oh well. The neighborhood is lovely but the apartments are genuinely not worth the rental prices.

Can't believe what they're charging for rent. EXTREMELY overpriced for what you're getting. These apartments are suitable for first time renters right out of college and that's it. No amenities at all. Only once A/C unit in the living room which isn't sufficient to cool the entire apartment. Fixtures are dingy, bathroom is very small, floors are difficult to keep clean and always look dingy, pink mold grows in the sinks and shower despite weekly cleanings. Walls are EXTREMELY thin so you will hear your neighbors. Horrific living experience.

Rent is EXTREMELY overpriced for what you get. No amenities. No central A/C, just one underpowered A/C unit in the living room. Walls are VERY thin so you will hear you neighbors when they move about their apartment, especially if you're on the bottom floor. It's horrific. Walls have poorly painted over holes in them, fixtures are dingy and disgusting. Cheap basic looking trash.

Yearly rent increases are outrageous considering there are almost no amenities nor any remodeling done to bring these tired, basic, dingy apartments up to modern standards.

Only live here if you're desperate and can't find anywhere else to live. Extremely overpriced apartments with no amenities or central heating or A/C. Very small bathroom. Roads and sidewalks not properly cleaned after it snows. Disgusting place.
