It was a great apartment!! I loved the community and all the amenities.

This was my first apartment and it was a great transition into adulthood. The staff and maintenance team were super helpful anytime I needed them. The move in and move out process were effortless. The neighborhood is super peaceful and quiet. Close to the base and anything you need

Do not rent here!!!!! I dont even live here. My husband and I applied but got denied. We had to pay for application fees and holding fee. When denied I received the half I paid but my husband did not receive what he paid for holding fee. It's now a month later. He called to inform them he did not get hus money and was told he would in 7-10 days. Of course it didn't arrive so I called . The woman that answered the phone told me that the money was never received because the account was insufficient. 1st, we had thousands in the account. 2. Would you have gone through with my application if you didn't receive payment???? Hell No. When i told her I can send the bank statement, she told me to contact my bank. Red flags from the beginning. And when I found out we were denied, I had to go to the office because no one answered the phone. When I arrived, the woman that showed the apartment decided to act like she had a call as soon as I walked through the door. We were told that they sent an email explaining why we're were denied. LIES!! AGAIN.
