    I have just recently moved to The Vue and think it is great! When we first moved in there were a few maintenance needs, but after calling thy were repaired early the next business day. The location is obviously great as is the decor and facilities. The office staff are really nice and friendly; you should get to know them. My only qualm is that parking is tough, especially in NB, and parking passes are ~$170.

    I am tenant at The Vue and I am very happy there. I have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. I have placed service calls and they have fix my issues within the hour or the same day or the following day. I have never had to follow up or complain about not getting my request. The hallways and the Lobby area is always clean and welcoming. The attendants are friendly and always helpful. The Office staff is also friendly. Kasia is a doll from the day she started working there she has always greeted me with the same kindness and attention. I enjoy living there and look forward to more years to come.

    Very nice place, amazing view. Most convenient location right by the train station. New management is very nice, welcoming, and professional. Looking forward to moving in after my current lease expire.

    They are slow to address complaints. They spam us with emails. The electrical grid is extremely faulty, frequently dropping power to half of the apartment. The building requires residents to change and replace all the lightbulbs in the apartment (except for the overhead shower light), even though many of these are complicated and clearly require an electrician - including the recessed lights in the kitchen, which clearly are not accessible except with a ladder.
