Some flexibility with regards to policies and procedures would be greatly appreciated especially when you are considered a valued and outstanding tenant ( which I was). As I accomplish my goal to be closer to my son's school at Rutgers, our vehicle became the target of vagrants. Parking was a constant headache. Otherwise, location was great.
